wallet status can change every single second (like mine going downhill), but skills are only chanced every let's say 5 mins if you only got rank 1 level 1 skills. if you ask me, no need.

actually this game is ment to be played by yourself. once your shield is full, just turn the module off yourself. if you would have a function like that, there would be all kind of "self activating" modules once your ship gets targetted etc.
